Scam Savvy

BNZ bank wanted to shift the focus of their annual Closed for Good day and instead lift New Zealand's financial literacy.

ColensoBBDO helped them do this by developing a suite of digital tools that BNZ staff could take out into the community. Scam Savvy is an online tool originally designed for the elderly but after the rise of scam cases in NZ and realising its success in the importance of educating people of all ages about scams it was remodeled in 2020.

The platform has a focus is on helping people avoid scams from digital scammers by education through typical examples and what to look out for.

Working with the client, creative and development teams my role was to lead the user experience and user interface design of the tool.
