Lotto NZ website and App

When I joined Touchcast in 2016 they were rebuilding Lotto New Zealand's website and App. The Lotto games would be playable online plus check tickets purchased from the store. User experience was a big challenge but also bringing the master brand and its 5 key game brands into the mobile world. Colour and brand assets worked well for print and 'shouty' in-store retail environments but were distracting when navigating on digital devices. The design also passes AA Accessibility requirements. 

My role as Design Director was to not only design but lead major decisions, present to stakeholders, run design sprints, and generate the style guide. 

We had a team of 6 UI and UX designers, a tight time frame while testing 100's of screens delivered on time, and full client approval.
